Procedure
- The college has established a clear and efficient admission process.
- Application forms and information brochures can be collected from the college office or downloaded from the official website.
- Completed application forms must be submitted by the specified deadline.
- The merit list will be displayed on the college notice board and uploaded on the institutional website.
- Candidates who are provisionally selected for admission must attend an interview with the Admission Committee, accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Required Documents:
- Original SSLC/X marks card
- Original II PUC/XII marks card
- Four recent passport-sized photographs
- Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Student’s Email ID
- Student’s Mobile Number
- Parent/Guardian’s Landline and Mobile Numbers
- Copies of Caste and Income Certificates (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card
Important Note:
All the above-mentioned documents must be presented by the student in both hard and soft copies at the time of admission.
Parent/Guardian Requirement:
The candidate must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the admission process.

Fee Payment:
- Fees can be paid at the Bank of India, Seshadripuram Branch, or a DD in favor of “PRINCIPAL, SESHADRIPURAM COLLEGE” may be submitted.
- For online fee payments, students should contact the college office for further details.
- Please note: Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Other Important Points:
- All students must comply with the college’s attendance and other regulations.
- Seats for SC/ST/OBC/Minority/Other applicable categories are available as per government norms, subject to valid caste and income certificate submission.
- SC/ST candidates are eligible for fee reimbursement through the concerned Welfare Boards as per government guidelines.
- Admission is based on merit in the qualifying examinations. Financial assistance is available for outstanding students in Sports, Cultural activities, NCC, and similar forums. However, reservation rules by the Government of Karnataka will apply.
Admission Timelines:
- UG admissions open after the PU results are declared. Direct admissions are available for students scoring 90% and above in the PU examinations.
- Management reserves the right to admission.
PG Programs Admission:
- Admissions for PG programs open immediately after the announcement of III B.Com. results.
Mobile Number Requirement:
- The mobile number provided during admission must be linked with the Aadhar Number as per university regulations.
- This mobile number should remain active and in use until the completion of the course.
