Grievance Redressal Cell – Spandana

The Student Grievance Redressal Cell – Spandana is dedicated to addressing and resolving complaints lodged by students to foster a healthy and inclusive learning environment within the institution. Students are encouraged to share their grievances related to academic and non-academic matters through both online and offline modes.

Objectives:

• To promote a cordial and peaceful atmosphere among students on campus.
• To provide timely, responsive, and accountable resolutions to grievances, ensuring a harmonious environment.
• To encourage students to express their grievances without fear of retaliation or victimization.
• To promote respect for the rights and dignity of every individual on campus.
• To ensure an impartial and fair approach in resolving student grievances.

Mechanism:

OFFLINE:
Students can obtain grievance forms from the Convenor of the Grievance Redressal Cell. The aggrieved students must complete the form and submit it along with any necessary supporting documents for further action and resolution.

ONLINE:
Students and staff can express their grievances online by filling out the form available on the college website. Complaints can also be emailed to manoramacollagegadag@gmail.com

The Cell convener and members will listen to the complainant and any involved parties to fully understand the issue and work towards an impartial resolution.

Timely Resolution:
The college aims to resolve all grievances within 7 working days to ensure that issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
